Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order for the Fujifilm X100VI Digital Camera.
1. Eligibility
- This order is subject to availability.
- Orders must be placed exclusively through www.wonderphotoshop.ph.
- The client must provide complete information, including their full name, valid email address, mobile number, landline, home address, and any other contact details that may be used to update them on the status of their order.
2. Order Reservation Fee
- A non-refundable and non-convertible reservation fee of ₱3,000 is required to secure your order.
- Reservation will only be confirmed upon successful payment of this fee.
- This fee will be deducted from the total price of the unit.
3. Balance Payment
- The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to release of the unit.
- Customers will be notified once the unit is ready for release.
4. Unit Release and Fulfilment
4.1 Units will be released on a first-come, first-served basis based on the order of fully paid customers.
4.2 Customers may choose between:
- Store pickup at the nearest Wonder Photo Shop branch. (No delivery fee)
- Delivery via courier, applicable only after full payment has been made.
- Corresponding delivery charges shall be shouldered by the customer.
- Wonder Photo Shop representatives will contact you to provide updates regarding the release and fulfilment of your order.
4.3 Upon availability of the unit and notification from a Wonder Photo Shop representative via email, call, or private message, the customer will have 7 days to settle the remaining balance in full. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your unit reservation and forfeiture of any payment made.
5. Reservation Validity and Refunds
- We will try to fulfil your order within 2 months from the date of reservation fee payment.
- If we are unable to release the unit within this period, you will be eligible for a full refund of the ₱3,000 reservation fee.
6. Warranty
- The Fujifilm X100VI comes with a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
- Warranty terms and servicing will follow Fujifilm Philippines’ official warranty policy.
7. General Provisions
- Orders are non-transferable.
- Wonder Photo Shop reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case any fees paid will be refunded.
- By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
